HI, I’m Ron. Welcome to FytSense!

At 72 years of age, I am now in my 7th Decade. That time has given me lots of experience with exercise and nutrition. Now I want to help you sort through the clutter of misinformation and to make sense of what’s good and valuable in a simple , easy manner.

I have been a lifetime student of exercise and a 15 year student of nutrition.

A considerable amount of course work has provided various industry recognized certificates in exercise program development and nutrition. But the most important qualification I have is my age and the fact that I am still very healthy.
